What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are the currency that powers Guardian. Each AI agent session, expert review, audit, or compliance check consumes credits. Different actions cost different amounts based on complexity. You can see your credit balance in the dashboard and purchase more anytime.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can purchase additional credit packs at any time from inside the app. Credit packs start at $49 for 100 credits. You can also set up auto-refill to automatically top up when your balance gets low.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes! Unused credits roll over for up to 2x your monthly allotment. For example, if you're on the Pro plan (500 credits/month), you can accumulate up to 1,000 credits.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll have immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
What's included in an expert review?
Expert reviews are 1-on-1 consultations with compliance professionals who review your policies, procedures, or specific compliance questions. Each review is typically 30-60 minutes and includes written feedback.
Is there a contract or commitment?
